For 5200/7200/7500

You have just dropped the phone again, this time it's hit the ground
hard and will not power up.... when the power button is pressed the screen
momentarily lights up but does not complete it's full "wake up" cycle..
Thats it then ....time to buy a new phone ??
Not so fast! .... this could be quite a simple repair
If you look on the RF side of the transceiver board you will see 
at the top of the carkit/charger socket there is a 13MHZ crystal 
(below the shielding metal - visible on 7500b.jpg)

what normaly happens is the legs of the xtal become loose 
and come away from the board or if you are realy unlucky, the xtal 
itself has shattered and requires replacing.
